I was not able to be present to oversee or control any of the work as I live abroad but felt 100% confident due to the way I was treated by all concerned. From your precise estimates to the careful way your invoicing reflected exactly the work estimated gave a reassuring and professional impression.
The lift out, clean down and antifouling, the repairs, hull polishing and engine service were all carried out by yourselves with no subcontractors and complications. At the request of my Marine Surveyor all his points were estimated and the repairs carried out in a very professional manner. My dealings with you as Service Coordinator were clear concise and friendly which was also very reassuring. My dealings with Phil in your Chandlery were similarly helpful and very friendly. I am only sorry that as I am taking my boat North that I will not be able to have these advantages next year!(Impulsive)

'An unexpected mechanical problem brought "Seren y Mor" to Darthaven and first I have to compliment Rob, Darren and the team who worked hard to sort out our problems, that were more serious than we thought. Our time in Darthaven led us to discover the picturesque and historic surroundings and great restaurants just across the river by ferry. The chandlery at Darthaven Marina is one of the best in any marina I've visited. "Fantastic service from start to finish. Running a sailing school in Spain it is imperative that we remain operational at all times during the season. The Darthaven team came up trumps with a new Volvo D2-40 to replace our high houred MD2040 which was beginning to cost us both financially and timewise.
