How the process works

Applying

Please check that your details are correct before you start.

Select the services you’d like carried out for each department, or the specific works you need completed while your boat is with us at Darthaven. Our professional service teams will do their best to ensure that your boat is ready for the 2027 season.

Once you’ve selected your services, review your summary and submit the form online.

Once we’ve received your submitted form, your selected services will be sent directly to us, and the Service Office will be in touch to confirm your requested works. For anything that needs an estimate, this will be processed and sent out in due course with acceptance forms.

Antifouling package

Please note that Zenith use Hempel Tiger Xtra for yachts and Hempel Hard Racing for motor boats. They can use any other antifouling that you specify, but a surcharge may be applied. The saildrive on yachts and thrusters will be antifouled if a package is selected, unless you specify that it is not to be done.

Please note:

Polishing superstructure or whole boat options includes radar arches and flybridge areas.
Treatment prices are based on a measurement taken from the furthest forward and stern point.
The treatment end results are governed by the quality of gelcoat and the general condition of the exterior of the boat.
Treatment prices exclude tenders and toys that are stored onboard.
Treatment prices exclude seat covers, canvas covers etc. Separate additional treatments are available for these items upon request.
Prices exclude any gelcoat repairs. These are available if required by separate estimate. Please call our service office to arrange for an estimate.
Antifouling 1.5 coats includes applying a 2nd coat from the water line 40cm down, keel & rudder.
Our antifouling package prices assume the hull is in suitable condition to correctly apply the antifouling.
Upon arrival at the vessel, if the waterline is found to be green, the cleaning and removal will incur an additional charge beyond the agreed-upon work.
Any further preparation needed will be estimated before any works commence.
If the vessel is equipped with a bow thruster and sail drive, it will be assumed that these components are included in the antifoul service and will incur additional charges. If this service is not required, it must be explicitly stated before work begins.
Outdrive antifouling includes the preparation and antifouling of both the drive and transom shield.
